christmas in SF

This weekend Adrian and I decided to head up to

SF for Christmas shopping.

We had fun shopping and enjoying the holiday city sights.

(although... i am definitely pregnant! i decided to wear boots with heels (despite Adrian's warning) and my feet were killing me!

poor Adrian had to endure my complaining. i don't think i'll be wearing those boots for the next few months!)

our first anniversary in hawaii

we spent our 1st anniversary (11.15.09) in hawaii.

so, i realized today that i haven't posted anything about the

Young Women of the Palo Alto 2nd Ward yet...

which surprised me because i think they are FABULOUS!

i was also surprised when i realized how few pictures

i have of these fabulous girls

(and the ones i do have are mostly taken with my iphone, so not the best quality)

...i guess that is probably b/c my photographer

is not usually invited to YW activities :-)

well, i LOVE serving, hanging, and learning with these girls!

5.5 months... more than half way there.

INDIANA

Last weekend, I left Adrian at home :-(

and flew to Indiana (Bloomington) to visit my friend Lisa...

she had twins a year ago,

but it was my first time meeting Afton & Claire.

so cute!

we had a lot of fun!

(unfortunately I left my photographer at home so the pictures aren't that great...

but, I am in less of them :-) )

On Saturday, Lisa and I went to Nashville, IN

to do some shopping & EATING!

Nashville is in BROWN County!

We had some fried biscuits (with apple butter) at the General Store, nummers!!!

We found lots of cute shops and my mom's favorite candles!

We got some yummy fudge at the Candy Dish!

Nashville was super cute.
