We are loving summer time!

our porch

i love having a porch.

our first place as a married couple had zero curb appeal

(which i was not very happy about),

so i love the appeal and "cuteness" of a porch.

our porch might just be my favorite part of our house.

beckley also loves our porch...

he loves to help me water the flowers on the porch.

(we finally got him his own watering can)

we also waive bye-bye to dada 

(and/or any visitors we might have)

 from the porch each day.

and then we wait for dada to come on the porch - 

we rock in the rocking chair while beckley YELLS "DADA DADA"

until he sees his car drive up.

the rocking chairs on the porch are also where we go when beck is upset or cranky.

he also loves to sit all by himself in one of the big adirondack chairs

and points for me to sit in the other one.

i can't wait to rock the twins to sleep on the porch at night 

(assuming it's not too cold outside!),

just like we used to with little beck.

(ps- beck has been a bit obsessed with spray bottles

this week, as you can see in a few of these pictures)

22 weeks with twins

twin facts

Just a few facts:

• We will have 3 boys under 2 for at least 3 1/2 months!
• We will have 3 kids before our 3rd our anniversary!
• My dad's family has had at least 1 set of twins in the last 4 generations.

               My great grandma had 2 sets of twins (all boys, although only 1 lived).  
               My grandma had 1 set of twins (my Aunts Maxine & Maurine)
               2 of my Aunts had twins (1 set of  2 girls, another set of 1 girl & 1 boy)

• There is 25% chance that our boys are identical (we won't know until they born).

we met up with my parents and Beck in So Cal

and while we were there

we went to 

the Happiest Place On Earth!

took a special liking to Beckley

(I can't blame them!)

they spent about 10 minutes with just him.

I felt bad because Beck doesn't even

know who they are and there were tons of kids

waiting around that did....

but, Beck can't help that he is so dang cute!
