Wallowa Lake

A few weekends ago we celebrated a friend's wedding (congrats Katie and Lee) in Oregon at Wallowa Lake. It was beautiful and a lot fun!

Adrian and I ran around the entire lake... and a bit further... let's just say it was an adventurous run and a bit longer than we anticipated! i think it ended up being about 12 miles, which is the furthest Adrian has ever run (prior to that run his longest run was the 9 miles he ran when he proposed). a very fun/funny memory!

This is one of my all-time favorite pictures of me and Adrian... classic!

another weekend full of wedding planning...

my mom flew in to Nor Cal to help with wedding stuff this weekend. so it was another weekend full of: invitations, ribbon, shopping, dress fitting, registering, planning, etc... (poor adrian just wanted to go to a movie...) thanks for all the help mom!

ashley, ava, mckay and a few friends came over for dinner last night. adrian made us all an amazing meal. ava entertained us by dancing along to adrian's napolean dynamite dance!

i love to run.

*sometime in January 2005-- our first date, round #1 (a run around Palo Alto followed by mexican food for dinner)

*8/29/07-- our first date, round #2 (a run around Walnut Creek followed by mexican food for dinner)

*7/26/08-- our engagement (a long run in Hawaii followed by a BIG DIAMOND RING... much better than mexican food)

i love to run. looking forward to many more miles together...

wedding crashing and midnight rolling

what did we do this weekend? all wedding planning! Cake tasting, invitation ordering, ring shopping, dress making, suit shopping... and tonight we went wedding crashing! we "crashed" two weddings in SF to check out some bands. while all of that is FUN!... i was thinking about when we did things other than "wedding" on our weekends...

one of my favorite things i have done in awhile in SF was when we joined the MIDNIGHT ROLLERS! this is a group that meets at pier 1 everyone friday night @ 9 and rollerblades 13 miles through the streets of SF. it was fun, crazy, tiring, and super cool! check out some of our pics...
