6 months!

Beckley had his 6 month doctor appointment today.

I remember reading on friends' blogs or hearing them say how fast time had gone by as their kids grew older... and I always thought... "what? this has been the longest 3 (or whatever) months of my life!". well, i am happy to say that today for the first time, i actually thought that the last couple months had flown by! probably, because Beckley has turned into such a happy boy!

He was even so happy during his doctor appointment-- smiling & squealing the whole time (well, until the shots)!

Here are his stats:

weight - 13 lbs. 13 oz.
height - 25.2 inches

Beckley loves: smiling, laughing, squealing, Sophie the giraffe, running with mom, pillow talk with dad every morning, eating, Baby Einstein, grabbing everything, trying to put everything in his mouth (especially his feet!), reading books, looking at himself in the mirror, taking baths, watching cars drive by from the porch, eskimo kisses, and lots more!

Beckley doesn't love: shots, the sound of the blowdryer or the blender or his dad's sneezes, being in his car seat too much, being tired or hungry... really, i can't think of much this kid doesn't like...

Dad's favorite things about Beck: his smile and giggle... and that he makes everyone else smile too!

Mom's favorite things about Beck: when he snuggles up to me while i am holding him (especially right after he wakes up)... and, of course, his smile and laugh!

We are so lucky, happy & blessed to be Beckley's parents!
